Fine Hair
For those with fine hair, the shorter the cut, the better
because fine hair cannot take the weight of a longer hair
style. Therefore, a short and relatively blunt style will give
the illusion of volume; layering of hair will only make it
thinner. You are advised to avoid excessive heat from blow
drying and curling irons, as it may result in the hair becoming
brittle. Also, minimize the use of hairsprays and gel that
contain too much alcohol because these products will dry the
hair. On top of that, do not over condition your hair. “Leave
in” conditioners are no good as it will lead to chemical
build-up. Shampoo at least once a week to cleanse the hair and
this will combat build up from conditioners which will cause
the hair to be weaker and less manageable.
